Jeff May
President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jeff May is an accomplished executive and public sector authority with more than 25 years experience in delivering mission critical IT services and products to the Intelligence and National Security, Defense, Civilian and Commercial markets. Strong emphasis on solutions that lower the sustainment costs and increase productivity for government and commercial entities such as open source, automation, cloud, analytics and virtualization technologies.
Jeff currently leads strategic vision, business development, and marketing for CSG. He is focused on developing and maintaining top tier talent to stand out as a technology and innovation leader among our peers.
Points of distinction include expertise in software development (DEVOPS), cloud integration, systems engineering, networking and security (SECDEVOPS). CSG provides a full portfolio of solutions to architect, engineer, manage, secure, and optimize Enterprise environments.
Harry Chung
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Harry Chung is the chief technology officer (CTO) for CSG. As CTO Harry sets the technical strategy, combining advances in computing with the customer’s strengths to deliver the best customer experience. He has also led teams in building services and tools; creating systems and solving security issues to digitally transform the business operations for their customers, using the scale and power of open source and the cloud to deliver a competitive advantage while improving the productivity of his customers.
Harry has over 25 years of technology leadership experience working with the Public Sector and Fortune 100 customers to provide guidance and implementation strategies for enterprise automation, datacenter automation, cloud strategies, CI/CD implementations, DEVOPS and DEVSECOPS. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UMBC.
Bianca Kennedy
Vice President of HR & Staffing Operations
Headquartered in Ft. Meade, Maryland, Ms. Bianca Kennedy is the VP of HR Operations at CSG and brings over 25+ years of HR, staffing, and employment relations experience supporting both large and small federal government service companies. Ms. Kennedy is a natural communicator, recognized for her energy and ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, facilitate organizational flow between various corporate departments, and achieve desired outcomes within organizations spanning across the Intelligence Agencies and Defense zones regions.
Ms. Kennedy is a trusted and skilled leader who has supported strategic goals while protecting employee, corporate and federal organizational interests. At CSG, she manages all aspects of HR Operations to include: recruitment, staffing, employment relation processes, oversight and input to company HR policies and procedures, benefit plan analysis and negotiations, 401(k) plan administration, initiation of employee relations programs, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She has a proven track record of providing full life cycle staffing strategies and HR campaigns that attract and retain high-caliber professionals who share the common goal to serve, defend, and safeguard our Nation.
